Work Values and Workplace Spirituality on Employee Performance: A Study at LPMP Maluku Province

Performance has become an actual issue in organization because it is a key question to the success of organization, both private and public. The focal point performance analyzed this study central employees who work regional agencies. Work values spirituality workplace can influence employee performance.
