Abstract The continuous development of hydrogen-electrolyser and fuel-cell technologies not only reduces their investment operating costs but also improves technical performance to meet fast-acting requirements electrical grid balancing services such as frequency-response services. In order project the feasibility co-locating a hydrogen-storage system with wind farm for dynamic regulation provision in Great Britain, this paper develops modelling framework coordinate export frequency responses main manage interaction electrolyser, compressor, storage tank fuel cell within by respecting market mechanisms balance conversion power hydrogen flows.
