Background: Two-wheeled vehicles are the major mode of transportation in India. Such exposed to excessive vibration on road when compared four-wheeled vehicles. However, research reduction whole body case two-wheelers is not explored detail. The present study predicts rider comfort an electric two-wheeler as per ISO 2631-1. Methods: An test rig used study. values acceleration from running conditions obtained by using NI LabVIEW 2016. drive cycle vehicle (EV) controlled Sync sols’ EV lab software. Obtaining root mean square (RMS) setup, it with 2631 standard obtain comfort. Results: Loading area, traction motor, base mount, and suspension were found be strategic points vibration. RMS 0.2 g 3.29 at these prone cause discomfort for rider. Vehicle speed, profile, duration exposure important parameters affecting rider’s comfort. About 19 % increase amplitude observed loading area loads removed. corresponds a seat actual vehicle, reduce vibrations make ride comfortable rider. Conclusions: A suitable damping technique design very much essential reducing improve comfort, many more non-deterministic dis-comfort riding conditions.
