چکیده
• Innovation networks also develop within public service(s) as a sector or function. Some of them focus on social innovation. (and especially Public service innovation for innovation) are not third regime following the entrepreneurial and routinized regimes. They structural arrangements that can be seen in light These regimes encompass several configurations independent each other. Addressing services is contribution to shift studies “from visible dark innovation” This article devoted “public innovations” (PSINSIs) – collaborative systems being established, services, design implement innovations. Drawing database 24 case collected different European countries areas wicked problems, this aims discuss how PSINSIs fit into learning described by evolutionary economics. It highlights diverse variations these general regimes, bringing fore forms entrepreneurship (bricoleurs, constructionists engineers) (organizational entrepreneurship, canonical, intrapreneurial, extrapreneurial, spin-off). relationships between two their various configurations. متن کاملDriving Innovation: Lessons from Understanding Sticky Knowledge and Innovation Diffusion
The aim of this paper is to explain how sticky-knowledge theory (Szulanski, 1996;2003) is applicable to both knowledge transfer as well as innovation diffusion when applied to promoting innovation. Knowledge about how innovation drivers and inhibitors can assist project-based organisations to be more competitive is important in improving processes of applying innovation that can enhance project...
متن کاملInnovation spread: lessons from HIV
Efficient spreading of evidence-based innovations among complex health systems remains an elusive goal despite extensive study in the social sciences. Biology provides a model of successful spread in viruses, which have evolved to spread with maximum efficiency using minimal resources. Here we explore the molecular mechanisms of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) spread and identify five steps ...
