Welding Plastic Nano Composite Using Submerged Arc Welding On Polyvinyl Chloride For Automotive Construction Applications

Abstrak: Bahan plastik merupakan bahan yang terbuat dari nafta produk turunan minyak bumi diperoleh melalui proses pemurnian. Karakteristik memiliki ikatan kimia sangat kuat sehingga banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat plastik. Namun tidak dapat terurai secara alami (non-biodegradable) setelah akan menjadi sampah sulit mikroba tanah dan mencemari lingkungan. Berdasarkan jenis produknya, ada 6 yaitu Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), High Density (HDPE), Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Low (LDPE), Polypropylene (PP), Polystyrene (PS) lain-lain. Proses kerja dalam pengelasan adalah untuk melihat perubahan sifat mekanik homogenitas Nano Komposit menggunakan Submerged Arc Welding pada dengan pemanasan berbeda. Hasil dilihat mekaniknya, antara lain: Pengujian tarik tujuan seberapa besar tegangan regangan dihasilkan. Selain mekanik, juga memperhatikan mikrostruktur beberapa pengujian, pengujian struktur mikro. tes dibandingkan variasi diberikan. Kata kunci: Pengelasan Plastik, Komposit, Otomotif
