Cinacalcet, a calcimimetic drug, is now used to treat secondary hyperparathyroidism in dialysis patients. The treatment response varied and failure common. This study aimed evaluate factors affecting unsuccessful responses of cinacalcet chronic patients with hyperparathyroidism.
