Topicality: The problem of diagnosis and treatment otitis externa (OE) has been posed to doctors for a long time, until the discovery antibiotics (AB) antifungal drugs (AFD) remained unresolved. OE can affect up 10% people at different periods their lives, manifesting itself in form acute (AOE) 95% cases after age 2 years. At same there are reports an increasing amount COVID-19. Aim: To evaluate dynamics pain, need additional analgesia, systemic antibacterial therapy (ABT) or topical (TAT), level compliance empirical complex drug «Candibiotic» comparison protocol treatment. Material methods: study included adults children from years AOE: 30 main (17 adults, 13 children) 25 control (15 10 groups. Patients group as basic received ear drops «Candibiotic». If necessary, were additionally prescribed analgesic (ibuprofen appropriate dose), ABT TAT. For subjective pain asses, visual analog scale (VAS) was used. Compliance assessed using Morisky-Green questionnaire. obtained results processed by common statistical methods. Results discussion: In receiving «Candibiotic», fewer needs ABT, no one needed Comparison (percentage) arbitrary tables chi-squared test established that relationship between factor performance traits not statistically significant (p>0.05). mean score two groups differed significantly whole separately (p<0.05).
