The paper is to deal with the analysis of Profinet IO networks based on design a watertight door control system passenger ship. was modernization existing installed currency ship it use old PLC like S7-200, receive and send date only serial communication. In laboratory University conditions same network using two controls company Siemens S7-1214 DC/DC/DC simulated HMI write WinCC recreated modified standard. authors propose novel controllers touch panel HMI. algorithms have been written in LAD language norm SOLAS about list alarm.
