Water-Covered Depth with the Freeze–Thaw Cycle Influences Fungal Communities on Rice Straw Decomposition

Rice is a staple food for the world’s population. However, straw produced by rice cultivation not used sufficiently. Returning to field an effective way help reduce labor and protect soil. This study focused on effect of water-covered depth with freeze–thaw cycle decomposition soil fungal community structure in Northeast China. The controlled experiments were designed, ITS1 region was tested high-throughput sequencing analyzing communities this study. results showed that water coverage promoted influenced structure; network communities, it found potential keystone taxa Penicillium, Talaromyces, Fusarium, Aspergillus decomposition; strains high beta-glucosidase, carboxymethyl cellulase, laccase, lignin peroxidase, manganese peroxidase could also be isolated treated experiment. Furthermore, plant pathogenic fungi decrease treatment. We hope our can production return practice.
