VP11.04: Widened umbilical artery‐aorta angle with intra‐abdominal cyst as a novel marker of cloacal abnormalities in the first trimester

Prenatal diagnosis of cloacal abnormalities is a challenge and most suspicious prenatal findings abdominopelvic (AP) cyst. The objective our study to identify new imaging sign, the umbilical artery-aorta (UMA) angle, suspect malformation. In this retrospective we report 3 cases AP cyst, identified in 11–14-week scan. spatial relation between artery aorta sagittal view were evaluated on colour Doppler (CD). Follow up was done at 16 weeks. Autopsy one case while only external examination performed others. cyst two showed internal echos. third irregular anechoic. UMA angle an acute normal fetus.
