Volunteering and psychological wellbeing in college students in China

This study used data from 1871 college students across China to examine the relations among volunteering and PWB in 2020. Results of regression analysis indicate that had positive effects on students. Students whose motivation volunteer was public interest greater PWB, regardless degree which they also reported private gain as a motivation. The significant interaction results included both gains who high frequency were more likely have higher PWB. Policy practice implications discussed.
