Vitamin D plays a pivotal role in calcium metabolism and bone mineralization. Sufficient vitamin levels are important for the health functionality of musculoskeletal system. Hypovitaminosis is phenomenon affecting orthopedic patients worldwide. This study researched whether most two different cities countries had hypovitaminosis D, there was correlation between sunshine hours serum levels, alone were enough to achieve sufficiency among regardless their activities. The 500 Regensburg Patras assessed, addition medical histories. mean throughout year also calculated. Both German Greek groups showed D. Older more affected.
