چکیده

The objective of this examination is to decide the predominance Campylobacter spp. in some chicken cuts and giblets items by utilizing both ordinary sub-atomic techniques. zoontic spp.widelyhus,120 item tests (25g each) were gathered from different general stores at Menofia legislature breast, thigh, liver gizzard. Most examples defiled with species demonstrated most elevated pollution (56.67%) trailed gizzard (53.33%), thigh (30%) breast (23.33%). Campylobacter.jejuni was segregated serotype (6.67%),(13.33%),(16.67%) (23.33%) breast, thight, gizzard ,individually. hipO quality identified secluded C. jejuni. Harmfulness qualities cdtA, cdtB cdt C, cdtA cdtC, CdtA, CdtB CdtC 30% , 15%, 25%, 10%, 15% 5% detached jejuni strains, separately. At long last, use atomic techniques more greatr than regular strategies identification serotypes.

Distribution of colonization and antimicrobial resistance genes in Campylobacter jejuni isolated from chicken.

Campylobacter jejuni is an important worldwide foodborne pathogen commonly found as a commensal organism in poultry that can reach high numbers within the gut after colonization. Although information regarding some genes involved in colonization is available, little is known about their distribution in strains isolated specifically from chickens and whether there is a linkage between antimicrob...

Detection of cytolethal distending toxin (cdt) Genes in Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli isolated from the intestinal of commercial broiler chickens, turkey and quail of Iran

Background: Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli are zoonotic bacteria which are frequently associated with human diarrhea. Sharing of the cytolethal distending toxin (cdt) genes in Campylobacter is common and is considered species specific. OBJECTIVES: In this study we focused on detecting the presence of cdt gene in C. jejuni and C. coli isolated from broilers, turkeys and quails of Ir...

Prevalence of Virulence/Stress Genes in Campylobacter jejuni from Chicken Meat Sold in Qatari Retail Outlets

Chicken meat from the shelves of supermarkets in Qatar was tested for the presence of Campylobacter spp. and the presence of five virulence genes (htrB, cdtB, clpP, cadF and ciaB) was assessed in isolates. Forty eight percent of the chickens provided for supermarkets by Saudi (53%) and Qatari (45.9%) producers were found to be contaminated and the most important factor affecting the overall pre...
