Video Surveillance System of Target Contour

The paper considers the problem of object detection and recognition, namely, its solution without use expensive, resource-intensive complex data collection processing systems, with possibility mobility, ease installation initial setup. available ways methods solving problem, their advantages disadvantages are given. operation system according to an algorithm developed on basis method namely selection contours by a filter based Canny operator, is presented. article presents intermediate final illustrations at each step, which gives opportunity get acquainted over classical video surveillance systems some disadvantages. Elements such as webcam frame rate 25 frames per second, mobile phone personal computer MatLab2021 programming environment installed (chosen due presence built-in image functions) were used demonstrate system's performance.
