Thermal effect is a crucial factor leading to failure of gear system. However, the lack comprehensive nonlinear dynamics model limits further study thermal effects. The constitutive relation beam element considering steady-state temperature reconstructed, and node load formulated. Considering influences expansion on material properties, more dynamic gear-rotor-bearing system established based finite method. Nonlinear friction, high-speed gyroscopic effect, thermal-related time-varying meshing stiffness (TVMS) backlash are included in model. effects bearing type vibration response analyzed. results show that motion changes from period chaos with increase part speed range. appropriate could restrain chaotic caused by rise. Moreover, significantly increases axial force, reduce displacement. This research can understand influence guide design
