Vibration Parameters Identification of Rotating Blades Based on Blade Tip-Timing Sensor Waveforms

Blade tip-timing is one of the most widely used non-contact measurement methods for rotating blade vibration. The classic method to identify vibration parameters based on time tip arrival sensor installed casing. Since a serious under-sampling method, resonance frequency usually higher than sampling BTT data acquisition system, resulting in large identification error parameters. In view above shortcomings, proposed mapping matching between static waveform and dynamic tip-timing. modulation effects different displacements, velocities amplitudes are analyzed. displacements passing through obtained by then identified. influence number sensors accuracy algorithm observed theory. compared with other methods. results show that under-sampled (TOA) applications, output can provide additional data, not only reduce but also improve has reference.
