Vein Stripping Versus No Stripping in Varicose Vein Disease

Aim: To comparative analysis of vein stripping versus no in varicose disease. Study design: Comparative study Place and duration study: Department Surgery, CMH Kharian Medical College, from 01-01-2019 to 31-12-2021. Methodology: Eighty cases which were having sapheno-femoral valve incompetence as well perforators-incompetence enrolled. The age the was between 16 70 year. Electrocardiography (ECG), venous Doppler affected limb accomplished. Each group comprised 40 cases. Group A B constituted accordance difference operating procedure where done without conducted B. Results: mean patients 42.3±4.5 years. There higher number females than males this study. In present there hematoma observed with a percentage 27.7% 4.4% statistically significant. Ambulation comfort ligation then stripping. Pain relief post 2 months surgery analyzed such comparison (Group B).
