Variation in Pathogenic Organisms as Affected by Using Hydroponic Nutrient Wastewater in Horticultural Facilities

Among the horticulture facilities in Korea, hydroponic cultivation method has been increasingly used. This study aimed to identify fungi and bacterial species highlight need for sterilization recycle discharged drainage. Samples were collected from a number of paprika, tomato, strawberry greenhouses. Vinyl glass greenhouses studied, drainage discharge was two types: direct collection after discharge. In total, 24 fungal six detected 399 151 densities, respectively. The primary identified genera Fusarium, Pythium, Phytophthora as well Agrobacterium Pseudomonas. Statistical analysis revealed that density bacteria higher than tomato or paprika. These values vinyl on reuse may contribute recycling resources reduction water pollutant emission; this will thus help us implement sustainable practices.
