The rotation precision of rotors determines the efficiency and quality overall aero-engine, as well its long-term reliable operation ability. As terminal link aero-engine manufacturing, assembly is last guarantee control. Rotor relates to accurate expression connection form design optimization scheme. existing variation model cannot adequately handle partial parallel chain problem, ignoring bayonet circular connector between rotor parts, it still deficient in multistage gyration error In this paper, revolving characteristics were discussed, a novel modeling optimizing method for dimension was proposed.
