Background. The choice of pelvic reconstruction technique in children with developmental dysplasia the hip (DDH) has been subject discussion for many years and is often determined by personal preferences a surgeon rather than X-ray anatomical state acetabulum. variants its anatomy structure have still not reflected available scientific literature.
 Aim study to identify most typical acetabular deformation varying severity DDH, based on analysis acetabulum.
 Methods. was results examination 200 patients (200 joints) aged 2 4 (3.10.45) Tnnis grade II-IV DDH. All underwent conventional clinical radiological examination. latter consisted radiography several views computed tomography. We took values index, extent acetabulum arch presence or absence bone oriel as criteria determination deformation.
 Results. young DDH revealed 3 common deformity: 1 moderate underdevelopment (AI 35), shortening oriel; pronounced sufficient length oriel.
 Conclusion. Suggested supplements existing classification might become basic choosing surgical correction different
