Variable Structure Disturbance Observer Based Dynamic Surface Control of Electrohydraulic Systems with Parametric Uncertainty

چکیده
This paper focuses on the position tracking control issue of electrohydraulic systems (EHS). The dynamical model EHS is introduced in first place, based which a type Variable Structure Disturbance Observer (VSDO) constructed for to estimate parametric uncertainty possesses. Then, backstepping controller designed under VSDO realize high precision purpose. To avoid phenomenon differential explosion, dynamic surface method adopted this paper, improved performance EHS. proposed theoretical results are verified by numerical simulation and experiment illustrate feasibility.
