Avena sativa L. is a very common specie for human consumption that provide different health benefits. As dual purpose crop, oat source of protein, fiber and minerals. Here, homologs Bet v 1 allergen genes were used as DNA markers to analyse their utilization genomic variability varieties. The presence homologues in seven varieties examined length polymorphism was analysed. based amplified profile – BBAP- obtain the polymorphic profiles by combination specific degenerated primer pair. This method reported be universal plants screening coding regions. Using pair forward reverse 49 amplicons total. varied from 265 base pairs 1929 pairs. All analysed generated unique amplicons, but there not size amplicon all cultivars shared.
