Variability in Isolated Convective Activity between Louisville, Kentucky, and Nearby Rural Locations

Abstract This study analyzes the frequency of strong, isolated convective cells in vicinity Louisville, Kentucky. Data from Severe Weather Inventory are used to compare activity over Louisville with observed at nearby rural locations 2003 2019.
