Valuable Business Knowledge Asset Discovery by Processing Unstructured Data

Modern organizations are challenged to enact a digital transformation and improve their competitiveness while contributing the ninth Sustainable Development Goal (SGD), “Build resilient infrastructure, promote sustainable industrialization foster innovation”. The discovery of hidden process data’s knowledge assets may help digitalize processes. Working on valuable asset process, we found major challenge in that organizational data likely be unstructured undigitized, constraining power today’s mining methodologies (PMM). Whereas it has been proved digitally mature companies, scope PMM becomes wider with complement proposed this paper, embracing improving maturity based available data. We propose C4PM method, which integrates agile principles, systems thinking natural language processing techniques analyze behavioral patterns semi-structured or from holistic perspective discover information uncover related aligned organization strategic business goals. Those key pointing out potential processes susceptible handled using PMM, empowering transformation. A case study analysis dataset containing employees’ emails multinational company was conducted.
