چکیده

The current study examines the feasibility of recycling artificially polluted wastewater that contains crystal violet (CV) organic dye by using Azadirachta indica sawdust (AISD) waste as a highly cost-effective adsorbent. Different analytical techniques, viz., SEM/EDX, TEM/SAED, BET, XRD, TGA-DTG, point zero charge (pHpzc), and FTIR, were used to characterize Studies batch adsorption performed with varying contact times, starting concentrations CV, pH levels, doses particle sizes AISD, temperatures. After assessing results Langmuir, Freundlich, Temkin isotherm models, it was observed Langmuir model best fits data. Various models employed analyze kinetic findings, confirmed pseudo-second-order appears be most accurate. values ΔH° (50.01 kJ mol−1), ΔG° (−10.254 −5.043 ΔS° (182.47 J K−1mol−1), obtained in temperature range 303–333 K, revealed process spontaneous, endothermic, accompanied an increase entropy. Based on experimental findings their analyses, concluded adsorbent made from AISD is one effective among those domestic, agricultural, industrial wastes. Thus, present can effectively exploited make dye-contaminated water reusable.

Photochemical decolorization of Methyl Violet dye using Azadirachta indica (Neem) mediated synthesized silver nanoparticles

Manufacturing and use of synthetic dyes for fabric dyeing has become a massive industry. However their toxic nature has become a cause of concern. The dye industries release high content color effluents that are toxic and resistant to degradation by conventional methods. Accumulation of these dyes in water causes eutrophication reduces reoxygenation capacity and damage to the aquatic organisms ...
