Using slow deep breathing for patient with hypertention having ineffective tissue perfusion

Hypertension is blood pressure that exceeds normal limits where systolic pressure> 140 mmHg and diastolic > 90 mmHg. To overcome this, it necessary to make non-pharmacological therapy, namely the application of Slow, Deep Breathing Exercises. This study aims apply Slow Exercise decrease in patients with hypertension ineffective brain tissue perfusion. The method used this research a case sampling technique purposive sampling. results indicate Exercises can reduce lower by activating autonomic nerves so vasodilation occurs vessels.
