300 samples from different infection sourcel for a patients and revisers in Azadi hospital, Kirkuk generic children various ages both genders, to isolate Escherichia coli bacteria diagnosis it, study the genetic variety which distribution clinical by (140) urine samples, (45) diarrhea (40) wound swab, burn (35) otitis media infection.
