Polycystic ovary syndrome is a common cause of an ovulatory infertility. Drugs like Aromatase inhibitors, Human menopausal gonadotropin, used for ovulation induction. The aim this study was carried out to compare the therapeutic effects gonadotropin hormone versus oral ovarian stimulating agents. A prospective randomized controlled clinical trial in Salahdeen general hospital Tikrit from 1st Feb-30th August 2020. About 75 PCOs patients enrolled randomly and divided equally into 3 groups as below: Group treated with (75 IU intramuscular HMG gonadotropin) daily 5 days starting Day 2 menstrual cycle. B clomiphene citrate 100 mg C Letrezole Multiple mature follicles were obtained commonly by HMG, followed Letrozole, then Clomiphene, relation statistically significant. Endometrial thickness higher among those (10.5±1.7) than Clomiphene (9.03±0.9), letrozole (8.5±1.2). This significant difference ET value between letrozole, HMG. Chemical pregnancy (early loss that occurs shortly after implantation may account 50-75% all miscarriages) (20%), while it (16%) (12%) Letrozole group, not In conclusion, had highest response rate, Clomiphene. multiple .
