Using Intravascular Ultrasound as Experience in a Comorbid Patient of High Surgical Risk

Intravascular ultrasound examination (ICSI) allows to assess the nature of atherosclerotic plaque, degree significance and extent stenosis, as well monitor position stent in lumen coronary artery. Insufficient opening stent, unrecognized during angiographic control, can lead thrombosis or restenosis early long term. The clinical case presented publication demonstrates difference between results fluoroscopycontrolled stenting ICSI-controlled percutaneous intervention (PCI) a high-risk surgical patient with significant concomitant pathology.
