چکیده

Abstract Maintenance of technical equipment in manufacturing is inevitable for sustained productivity with minimal downtimes. Elimination unscheduled interruptions as well real-time monitoring health can potentially benefit from adopting augmented reality (AR) technology. How best to employ this technology maintenance demands a fundamental comprehension user requirements production planners. Despite AR applications being developed assist various operations, no previous study has examined how these have been fulfilled and the potential opportunities that exist further development. Reviews on general all industrial fields rather than focusing specific industry. In regard, systematic literature review was performed studies entities 2017 2021. Specifically, examines addressed by identifies gaps future research. The are drawn challenges encountered during AR-based following similar approach usability engineering methodologies. needs identified ergonomics, communication, situational awareness, intelligence sources, feedback, safety, motivation, performance assessment. Contributing factors those cross-tabulated their results presented trends, prior drawing insights providing possible suggestions made observations.
