User Flow Visual Analysis for Climate Action Project Proposal in Navigating NDA GCF Website

The management of funds from the Global Climate Fund for Indonesian government is managed by Fiscal Policy Agency as part Ministry Finance Republic Indonesia. Website has become a crucial medium to communicate message and objectives climate fund program. This study will analyze flow NDA GCF website using visual communication design principles elements perspective find aspects that can be improved so users who enter navigate information comfortably understand vision participate in program submitting action related project idea proposals. In this research, user experience analysis carried out with John Bower Branching approach an easy-to-understand flow, while still paying attention interacting institutions brand. By conducting internal external interviews, it hoped guide found on how convey its clearly make navigation easier users.
