This paper is slightly adapted from my master’s thesis. It addresses the first objective which was to determine types of user education practices on utilization electronic resources at Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) library. The purpose this assess how are planned, organized and implemented KRA Library in response challenge orientation, training instructing users use information sources services. User a life-long process that has no end. While seeking services library, need effectively library resources, facilities ensures aware available access them support their needs. However, organizations may not be fully utilized as result inadequate practices. ultimate goal librarians libraries educate discover needs, encourage motivate most important component or system last link receiver communication cycle. descriptive research design used while both quantitative qualitative approaches were study. census technique applied select sample size study population. established programmes practiced include orientation bibliographic instruction among others. recommends for extension programs, frequent surveys integration with collaborative activities.
