Use of multi-strain probiotics in linseed meal based diet for Labeo rohita fingerlings

Abstract Unavailability of probiotics in fish digestive system fingerlings is unable to digest and absorb their food properly. The current research was conducted investigate the influence added Linseed meal based (LMB) diet on hematology carcass composition Labeo rohita juveniles. Hematological parameters are essential diagnostics used estimate health status fish. usage for improvement becoming common due higher demand environment-friendly culture water. as a test ingredient prepare six experimental diets by adding (0, 1, 2, 3, 4 5 g/kg) 1% indigestible chromic oxide seventy days. According live wet weight, five percent feed given twice day. Fish blood samples (Whole body) were taken hematological analysis at end experiment. highest (crude protein; 18.72%, crude fat; 8.80% gross energy; 2.31 kcal/g) observed fed with II supplemented (2 g/kg). Moreover, maximum RBCs number (2.62× 106mm-3), WBCs (7.84×103mm-3), PCV (24.61), platelets (63.85) hemoglobin (7.87) had also been reported 2 g/kg diet. Results indicated that supplementation has critical role fingerlings’ body indices. Present findings showed level linseed by-product-based very useful enhancing overall performance L. fingerlings.
