Use of different agricultural wastes in Ganoderma carnosum Pat. cultivation

In this study, we aimed to determine the best agricultural waste media mixtures for Ganoderma carnosum Pat. cultivation, which is almost unknown in Turkey. Six different growing were prepared using oak sawdust, peanut shell, and corn cob: C (oak sawdust), M1 (2 sawdust + 1 wheat bran), M2 shells M3 (1 shell M4 cobs M5 cob bran). During mycelial growth time, biological efficiency (BE), mushroom weight, total yield, cap diameter, thickness, dry matter of samples, pH moisture content determined at periods (after sterilization, after mycelia development, harvest). Mycelial development time was detected between 26.00 41.00 days. The highest lowest yield values obtained from (53.90 g kg-1) (14.63 kg-11), respectively. amount recorded (20.29%) while (17.97%).
