چکیده
Condensed fermented corn extractives (liquid steep liquor) was assessed as an alternative to organic acids in broiler chicken. Day-old Ross 308 chicken (n = 180) were allocated into six treatments (basal diet with no supplement, basal supplemented 1 and 2 cc/kg liquid liquor (CSL) or formic acid along probiotic (1 × 108 CFU/g, Lactobacillus acidophilus, casei) a completely randomised design five replicate pens per treatment chicks each pen. Broilers for performance measures intestinal serum characteristics. The results indicated that inclusion of CSL increased (p < .05) feed intake (FI) on days 1–21. Relative weight length different organs showed great differences among the .01). pH content parts gastrointestinal tract reduced by .05). Formic villi comparison control group lowest crypt depth ratio determined fed diets CSL. Ileal caecal microbial population did not alter supplementation. supplementation concentration blood triglyceride, total LDL cholesterol compared Results obtained from current trial revealed is substance have acidic its diet) improved body starter period digesta comparable acid, however, higher dose (2 od change considerably.HIGHLIGHTSCondensed Steep Liquor) produced Wet-milling corn.Inclusion condensed growth period.Inclusion pH.

متن کاملAddition of sugar, amino acids and corn steep liquor to cucumber fermentation.
The development of appreciable brine acidity in cucumber salt stock is necessary for curing the cucumbers and maintaining a desirable color during subsequent storage of stock. Several investigators (Le Fevre, 1920,1922; Joslyn, 1929; Fabian et al., 1932; Fellers et al., 1937; Fellers, 1939) recommended the addition of sugar to cucumber fermentations with the object of stimulating the acid formi...

Brewer's spent grain and corn steep liquor or yeast extract were used as the sole organic forms for proteinase production by Streptomyces malaysiensis in submerged fermentation. The influence of the C and N concentrations, as well as the incubation periods, were assessed. Eight proteolytic bands were detected through gelatin-gel-electrophoresis in the various extracts obtained from the differen...

Streptomyces misionensis strain PESB-25 was screened and selected for its ability to secrete cellulases. Cells were grown in a liquid medium containing sugarcane bagasse (SCB) as carbon source and corn steep liquor (CSL) as nitrogen source, whose concentrations were optimized using response surface methodology (RSM). A peak of endoglucanase accumulation (1.01 U · mL(-1)) was observed in a mediu...
