Usage of Electronic Education Services in Bulgaria

In the past twenty years, range of electronic services offered by educational institutions in Bulgaria has increased substantially, allowing schools, universities, and vocational training centers to offer flexible learning options. These capabilities proved essential during COVID-19 pandemic when most switched online teaching. The share service users among population between 16 74 years age almost tripled 2019 (2.3%) 2020 (6.9%). This paper explores variation usage rates four types education-related services: courses examinations provided schools private services, administrative like issuing diplomas certificates. propensity use these is modeled within a multilevel logistic regression model using sample internet conducted July-August 2021. results reveal gender difference with women being more likely access school university than men. Respondents living rural areas were less e-services. However, there no significant differences urban dwellers regarding rest types. Individuals one type all others. regional patterns indicates positive association privately supplied services.
