Urinary tract stone surgery in patients with urinary diversion and vesicostomy: a single center experience

Objective:
 To report our experience in percutaneous nephrolithotomy and endoscopic urinary tract stone surgery patients with diversion vesicostomy.
 Materials Methods:
 Data of 21 or vesicostomy who underwent for stones clinic between January 2008 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Eight (38%) nephrolithotomy, 2 (9.5%) antegrade flexible ureteroscopy, 4 (19.0%) retrograde semi-rigid 5 (23.8%) pouch lithotripsy cystolithotripsy entrance.Preoperative postoperative data the evaluated.
 Results:
 The male to female ratio was 16/5. mean age 54.6 ± 10.1 years preoperative diameter 2.8 4.5 cm. It determined that 14 (66.6%) had ileal conduit (Bricker anastomosis), ureterocutaneostomy, vesicostomy. Stone-free rate 85.7% after single session treatment. In period, febrile infection observed patients, system obstruction secondary 3 (14.2%) anastomotic leakage 1 (4.7%) patient.
 Conclusion:
 Percutaneous ureterorenoscopy, ureterorenoscopy entry are highly effective safe methods most important factors affecting success surgical team can apply procedural options together careful preparation correct instrumentation.
