UPPER LIMBS PHYSICAL FITNESS TRAINING IN VOLLEYBALL PLAYERS

ABSTRACT Introduction: Dedicated fitness training has greatly influenced many qualities required of volleyball players, but specific upper limb is still poorly documented. Objective: Study the impacts on strength and functional during players’ ball throws. Methods: Twenty students were randomly divided into experimental control groups for a six-week experiment. The group mainly performed protocol involving throws while continued with traditional methods. data regarding kinematics performance collected statistically compared. Results: In group, shoulder flexor evidenced an increase from 0.41±0.19 J/kg to 1.29±0.19 J/kg; elbow elevated 0.38±0.23 1.61±0.02 J/kg. On performance, peak score increased 4.84±1.44 7.47±1.43; overall 9.05±1.70 13.31±1.72. It was noted that rate each index more significant than group. Conclusion: can improve hitting effect its combination special recommended skills athletes. Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment outcomes.
