Unveiling Alternating Current Electronic Properties at Ferroelectric Domain Walls

چکیده

Ferroelectric domain walls exhibit a range of interesting electrical properties and are now widely recognized as functional 2D systems for the development next-generation nanoelectronics. A major achievement in field is fundamental framework that explains emergence enhanced electronic direct-current conduction at walls. Here, much less explored behavior ferroelectric under applied alternating-current (AC) voltages discussed. An overview recent advances nanoscale characterization provided allows resolving dynamic responses individual to AC fields. In addition, different examples presented, showing unusual arise neutral charged kilo- gigahertz regime. It concluded with discussion about future direction novel application opportunities, expanding domain-wall-based nanoelectronics into realm technologies.
