چکیده
Camellia is a genus of evergreen shrubs or trees, such as C. japonica, sinensis, oleifera, etc. A group beneficial soil microorganisms, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), inhabit the rhizosphere these spp. total eight genera Acaulospora, Entrophospora, Funneliformis, Gigaspora, Glomus, Pacispora, Scutellospora, and Sclerocystis were found to be associated with plants Glomus and/or Acaulospora being most abundant. These can colonize roots thus form symbionts. AMF an important partner in field physiological activities. Studies indicated that inoculation has been shown promote plant growth, improve nutrient acquisition nutritional quality, increase resistance drought, salinity heavy metal contamination potted Camellia. This review provides comprehensive overview species occurring summarizes variation root colonization rate well environmental factors nutrients affecting colonization. The paper also reviews effects on growth response, acquisition, food stress tolerance

Plants and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi: an evolutionary-developmental perspective.
Arbuscular mycorrhizas (AMs) are widespread symbiotic associations that are commonly described as the result of co-evolution events between fungi and plants where both partners benefit from the reciprocal nutrient exchange. Here, we review data from fossil records, characterizations of AM fungi in basal plants and live cell imaging of angiosperm colonization processes from an evolutionary-devel...
متن کاملArbuscular mycorrhizal fungi ameliorate temperature stress in thermophilic plants.
Biotic interactions can affect the distribution of species across environmental gradients, and as air and soil temperatures increase, plant community response may depend on interactions with symbionts. We measured the effect of elevated soil temperatures on mycorrhizal function and on the response of both plant and fungal symbionts, using fungal inoculum isolated from either high-temperature th...
متن کاملXyloglucanases in the interaction between saprobe fungi and the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus Glomus mosseae.
We studied the production of xyloglucanase enzymes of pea and lettuce roots in the presence of saprobe and arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi. The AM fungus Glomus mosseae and the saprobe fungi Fusarium graminearum, Fusarium oxysporum-126, Trichoderma harzianum, Penicillium chrysogenum, Pleurotus ostreatus and Aspergillus niger were used. G. mosseae increased the shoot and root dry weight of pea...

Toljander, J.F. 2006. Interactions between Soil Bacteria and Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi. Doctoral dissertation. ISSN 1652-6880, ISBN 91-576-7088-9 The extraradical mycelium (ERM) of mycorrhizal fungi constitutes an important pathway for the translocation of energy-rich photoassimilates from plant to soil. Because of the large surface of the mycelium, and its provision of carbon, the ERM poten...
متن کاملMeta-Analysis of Interactions between Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi and Biotic Stressors of Plants
Naturally, simultaneous interactions occurred among plants, herbivores, and soil biota, that is, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), nematodes, and fungal pathogens. These multiple interactions play fundamental roles in driving process, structure, and functioning of ecosystems. In this study, we conducted a meta-analysis with 144 papers to investigate the interactions between AMF and plant biot...
