University practitioners’ critical reflections from the collaboritive model

This investigation aimed to report University practitioners' critical reflections generated from Gosling's third POT model raise awareness of institutional authorities and educationalists on the importance consolidating programs a regular basis. qualitative case study was conducted with sample fourteen instructors currently working in Public situated Ecuadorian highlands. group academic practitioners divided into pairs so that seven subgroups resulted this division. Each subgroup worked firstly collaborative process, which contemplated observation forms; then, they executed reflections; data gathered expository essays encapsulated manuscript. The obtained results disclose high proclivity towards ongoing professional development, said differently; there is considerable desire part our participants cultivate teaching evaluation philosophy rolling In general, had positive repercussion those involved due its substantial interchangeable reflections.
