Unilateral erector spinae plane block for procedural sedation- A case report

چکیده
MRI of the spine requires patient to stay still in lying down position. With on severe excruciating pain, supine is not always feasible during and any intervention with least possible adverse effect preferred. Sedation suite compatible monitors which readily available all centers. The erector spinae plane block provides analgesia via its action ventral rami spinal nerves. ESP a safe easy procedure it aids overcome side effects administering intravenous agents for procedural sedation.
