چکیده

Land subsidence is a common geological hazard in urban areas. It can be caused by human activities such as land reclamation and subway construction. However, rapid urbanization accelerate the progress of these activities. Therefore, spatial-temporal analysis provide guarantee for progress. In this study, Shenzhen, one fastest urbanizing cities China, selected continued monitoring. We collected 153 Sentinel-1A images from December 2015 to July 2021 utilized an interferometric point target (IPTA) method generate Shenzhen. Additionally, we analyzed relationship between typical progress: reclamation, transportation network, The results show that mostly occurs western area, with maximum rate -74.9 mm/a Qianhai Bay. Detection of Land Subsidence Associated with Land Creation and Rapid Urbanization in the Chinese Loess Plateau Using Time Series InSAR: A Case Study of Lanzhou New District

Lanzhou New District is the first and largest national-level new district in the Loess Plateau region of China. Large-scale land creation and rapid utilization of the land surface for construction has induced various magnitudes of land subsidence in the region, which is posing an increasing threat to the built environment and quality of life. In this study, the spatial and temporal evolution of...

Ground subsidence geo-hazards induced by rapid urbanization: implications from InSAR observation and geological analysis

Due to the convenient transportation and construction, cities are prone to be situated in areas with flat terrain and unstable sediments, resulting in the concurrence of ground subsidence and urbanization. Here the interaction between geology, anthropogenic processes and ground subsidence geo-hazards were investigated in the Greater Pearl River Delta region of China. Geological evidences and 20...

Ps-insar Measurement of Land Subsidence in Bangkok Metropolitan Area

It is well known that the metropolitan area of Bangkok, Thailand, has been subsiding during the past decades. This ground deformation has been monitored using leveling networks on annual basis since 1978. However, the employed technique is costly, time-consuming, and able to monitor only on a limited number of benchmarks. InSAR (Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar), which can provide sub-c...

InSAR Time-Series Analysis of Land Subsidence under Different Land Use Types in the Eastern Beijing Plain, China

In the Beijing plain, the long-term groundwater overexploitation, exploitation, and the utilization of superficial urban space have led to land subsidence. In this study, the spatial–temporal analysis of land subsidence in Beijing was assessed by using the small baseline subset (SBAS) interferometric synthetic aperture radar (InSAR) technique based on 47 TerraSAR-X SAR images from 2010 to 2015....
