Undergraduate financial knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors: The impact of financial life skills course on college students

It is increasingly common for universities to offer financial education or life skills courses as electives. However, less known about the potential impacts of these on factors beyond literacy, such attitudes, stress, well-being. Our study explores topics using a unique sample 370 undergraduate students, half whom opted enroll in and complete course did not. We explore various aspects student life, including well-being, self-efficacy, knowledge, behavior, socialization. Evidence from our not suggest that single-credit has much impact well-being stress.
