Umrah Worship During The Pandemic Covid–19: Responses From Residents In Northern Malaysia

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world has affected many things including social and economic activities. For Muslims, among main effects are barriers to perform Umrah Hajj where Saudi Arabia is countries close their country's border gates from influx of travellers. When most started show decreasing number covid-19 cases, this government reconsider reopen its borders welcome hajj This study concentrates on Northern Malaysia namely state Kedah Perlis. Quantitative research methodology was employed 1093 responses gathered both states population 2 million Muslims. Responses were very good positive. It suggested for future studies include all over or shall be extended other places evaluate interest Muslims once situation recovered
