Ultrathin Dual-Mode Orbital Angular Momentum Generated Based On Dual-Polarization Coding Metasurface

In this paper, an dual-polarization 4-bit coding metasurface is proposed to achieve flexible manipulation of different polarization electromagnetic wave reflection angles and generation dual-mode vortex beams by independent orthogonal linearly polarized waves. The composed "H" type metal patch, dielectric substrate grounding layer from top bottom. To prove the concept, we design fabricate four metasurfaces based on superposition theorem holographic theory. One was designed verify ability manipulate beam angle, each other three carry a with topological charges under waves, operating at central frequency 24GHz. experimental results show that theoretical highly consistent simulation results. Therefore, it verified our 4bit has strong angle generate high performance antenna. Because wide application prospect in communication field, have reason believe ultra-thin generator will potential wireless system image microwave field.
