The role of nitrite (NO2−) and nitrate (NO3−) is essential in the global nitrogen cycle. Monitoring their concentration environmental industrial aqueous samples, surface water, soil, food agricultural products are high importance. Especially, effect anthropogenic emission, i.e., intensified agriculture due to overuse nitrogen, phosphorus potassium fertilizers. most widely utilized methods for determination colorimetry, potentiometry, UV absorption liquid chromatography. Among them, spectroscopy frequently used technique fact its versatility simplicity. However, there academic needs develop new overcome some drawbacks currently techniques such as an inadequate limit detection potential interferences with organic compounds sample. In this paper, we report on development a analytical method based capillary electrophoresis separation high-sensitivity detection, capable measuring trace concentrations well below current limits methods. During process special attention was paid practical aspects, tested quantify various water samples.
