Strain sensors with wide-range stretchability, good sensitivity, high gauge factor, and reliability are needed for several applications. Herein, stretchable strain capable of operating over multi-strain range having an excellent factor presented. The systematic study, carried out different combinations elastomer, conductive filler, graphene–carbon paste (GCP), revealed that the exhibit stretchability when only filler particles present in they sensitivity mixed GCP. molecular dynamics simulations show addition GCP to elastomer-filler composite helps attain sensor response wide stretchability. Thus, sensors’ can be tuned by using selected material composition. Accordingly, 50 wt% reveals 500% a maximum 504. Likewise, 150 loading lead 45% unprecedented 1 834 140. capability detect small- large-scale strains makes presented attractive monitoring movements body parts–which from small during facial expression large movement experienced limb joints.
