Uji Sifat Campuran Herbisida Berbahan Aktif 2,4-D Dimetil Amina+Isopropilamina Glifosat terhadap Gulma Ottochloa nodosa, Cyperus rotundus, dan Praxelis clematidea

 ABSTRAK
 Pengendalian gulma pada tanaman budidaya secara kimiawi umumnya menggunakan satu bahan aktif herbisida namun dapat ditingkatkan lagi kefektifannya dalam mengendalikan melalui pencampuran herbisida. Pencampuran lebih dari 1 bersifat aditif, sinergis, dan antagonis dengan lainya. Oleh karena itu, perlu pengkajian mengenai kombinasi yang akan digunakan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui sifat campuran 2,4-D dimetil amina + Isopropilamina Glifosat diaplikasikan Ottochloa nodosa, Cyperus rotundus,dan Praxelis clematidea apakah atau antagonis. dilaksanakan bulan Desember tahun 2020 sampai Februari 2021, di Rumah kaca Lapangan Terpadu Laboratorium Ilmu Gulma, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Lampung.dengan Rancangan Percobaan Acak Kelompok (RAK) perlakuan terdiri atas Goldenstar berbahan tunggal Amina 100g/l dosis 25, 50, 100, 200 g/ha, 300 g/l 75, 150, 300, 600, g/ha 100/300 200, 400 serta kontrol (tanpa herbisida). Gulma sasaran meliputi Otthocloa nososa, rotundus, clematidea. Analisis menguji uji MSM (Multiplicative Survival Model). Selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan nilai ko-toksisitas membandingkan LD50 harapan perlakuan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terhadap akumulasi bobot kering memiliki sebesar 1,8424 4,8270 2,6 (nilai > 1) sehingga sinergis.
