UJI AKTIVITAS OBAT HERBAL GEL EKSTRAK DAUN GAHARU (Gyrinops versteegii (Gilg.) Domke) TERHADAP LUKA DIABETES PADA TIKUS PUTIH JANTAN (Rattus norvegicus)

A study to test the activity of gel extract gaharu (Gyrinops versteegii (Gilg.) Domke) leaf against diabetic wounds in male white rats (Rattus norvegicus). The research was conducted experimentally with method pre-test and post-test group design. Gaharu formulated concentrations 4%, 6% 8% then tested for its on non-diabetic alloxan induction. negative control given base positive bioplacenton gel. administered once a day wound length measured every 14 days. results showed that all formulas had healing rats, higher concentration extract, faster greater percentage reduction length. treated 0,00 ± mm (wound healed) 6 an average 100,00 %. statistical testing Kruskal Wallis obtained p-value > 0.05 (p-value = 0.315) so it can be concluded there no significant difference between treatment groups.
